Small Cell Lung Cancer – Extensive Stage
The North Central Cancer Treatment Group (NCCTG) of the Mayo Clinic has activated a clinical trial of NTX-010 for patients with Small Cell Lung Cancer - Extensive Stage. NCCTG is actively recruiting patients for this clinical trial which is titled “A Randomized Double-blinded Phase II Study of NTX-010, a Replication-Competent Picornavirus, After Four Cycles of Standard Platinum-Containing Induction Cytoreduction Chemotherapy for Patients With Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung Carcinoma”. On July 22, 2011, this protocol (N0923) was also activated on the Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU) website.

The Children’s Oncology Group (COG) has activated a clinical trial of NTX-010 for pediatric patients with neuroendocrine tumors. COG is actively recruiting for this trial which is titled “A Phase l Dose Escalation Study of Seneca Valley Virus (NTX-010), a Replication-Competent Picornavirus, in Relapsed/Refractory Pediatric Patients with Neuroblastoma, Rhabdomyosarcoma, or Rare Tumors with Neuroendocrine Features”.
