Prior to joining Neotropix, Mr. Lanciano was a co-founder
of Altus Pharmaceuticals [NASDAQ: ALTU], a company focused on GI and
metabolic diseases. Mr. Lanciano led company growth and development from
inception through its IPO as a company with multiple products in advanced
stages of development. During his tenure, he held multiple positions
including President, CEO, Chairman and most recently as director. Prior
to co-founding Altus in 1992, Mr. Lanciano was co-founder, President
and Director of IG Laboratories Inc. Under his leadership, IG Laboratories
introduced over 20 new genetic testing services and became recognized
as a leading developer and provider of human genetic testing services
in the United States. Mr. Lanciano led IG Laboratories from its founding in 1988 through its
IPO in 1990, including a series of subsequent acquisitions. IG Laboratories
is now a division of Genzyme [NASDAQ: GENZ]. Prior to co-founding IG
Laboratories, Mr. Lanciano served as Corporate Controller for Integrated
Genetics Inc. and Gene-Trak Systems. Mr. Lanciano holds B.S. degrees
in Accounting and Information Systems Design from Bentley College of
Massachusetts.
